Here's My Plan
Here's my plan that I'm starting in May....now I'll see what kind of weight I loose from this cause its a mix of all these things that some people have tried and some heathy tips I got to loose weight.
1. eat breakfast - good to have some protien early (like meats, cheese, nuts or eggs)
2. have some protien in every meal
3. eat 100% whole grain
4. eat lots of fruits, raw veggies, nuts (like almonds, walnuts), chicken, turkey, and fish
5. no eating after 7pm and if you need a snack...eat nuts or raw veggies with low-fat dip
6. eat 3 meals a day with 1 or 2 healthy snacks
7. drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day, also herbal and green tea help
8. start walking more and quit smoking. Current Mood: chipper

Not bad for a start
I was 150 LBS and dropped 5 so far. I've been easting no junk at work..which is hard. Walking sometimes from the basment to the 4th floor after a smoke. Eating small portions here and there so when it comes to lunch or supper I'm not pigging out. YAY go me :p

I have been doing really well with my eating.. I've been eating small portions... All except for last friday... I had a craving for an ooey gooey brownie sundae from Jungle jims.. So i had one. It's alright to treat yourself every now and then.. That was my treat and I truely enjoyed it. I'm still going to the gym.. but i seen an infomercial on TV for a work out program called slim in 6(weeks)that is.. it has 5 dvd and the streatcy ban thing for strengh training.. i think i might invest in it.. it's only 59.99 plus shipping and handling.. I'll let u know if i convice justin to buy it for me.. I hope everyone is doing well with their dieting..

So Last week was a write off on the whole diet thing.. seems as if thats the way it always is on trips delt with stress , besides that , Ive been Drinking Mostly Orange Juice, Eating Rice Cakes , Yogurt , Hop 2 Go bars to substitute Regular Bars. Gotta Start Getting a Little Bit More Serious About It .. If anyone has any tips that will help eating habits itd be great to hear

my mother sent me a pair of jeans..
i used to take 15
this pair is 13/14.. and not snug at all..
not too shabby
expecially since i havent been following my diet that much
i always take the stairs at work. wether its up to the 5th floor or to 3 or to the basement and back to my office on ground...
so yea.. thats my update for now.

So I havent updated to the hottiesbysummer board since awhile. So I finally took the plunge and got weighted , Had the first grocery day since the whole diet started and I avoided all junk food , and got mostly all good stuff , such as oj and rice cakes Nothing that I consider to be fatning. Its at the part where its hard to keep the routine going but so far its good ,so i'll keep at it with hopes that I accomplish some weight loss that I am atleast some what happy with the way my appearance is.

Diet Day: 1
So Today is the First Day Of The Whole 2007 Diet Plan , Consisting of No Junk Food , Or Fast Food , My Plan is to Eat Alot healthier And Drink Alot of better things then Pop.
